The Thang Rath mobile application allows citizens to verify voter registration status, polling locations, and referendum eligibility for the 2026 general election, offering a streamlined digital platform to support public participation ahead of polling day.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Digital Government Development Agency (DGA) has expanded digital access to election-related services by allowing citizens to verify their eligibility for the 2026 general election and the 2026 referendum through the Thang Rath mobile application. The service enables users to check their voting rights at any time, simplifying procedures and improving convenience ahead of polling day.

Through the app, citizens can confirm their voter registration status and polling station for the House of Representatives election, review eligibility and polling locations for the referendum, and submit notifications explaining an inability to vote or participate in the referendum when applicable. All functions are available on a single platform, reducing the need to contact multiple agencies.

The DGA encouraged the public to review their election and referendum information in advance to ensure accurate participation. The expanded service provides greater access to government services through digital channels and strengthens public participation in the democratic process. (NNT)
