PATTAYA, Thailand – Jomtien municipal officers, together with lifeguards, rushed to assist a Thai transgender woman who was found unconscious on Jomtien Beach near Soi 11 on Saturday, December 13.
Officials provided immediate first aid at the scene before coordinating her urgent transfer to a nearby hospital for further medical treatment.
