BANGKOK, Thailand – Siam Paragon has launched NEXTOPIA: The Prototype for the World of Tomorrow, a future-focused, sustainability-driven attraction marking the landmark’s 20th anniversary. The 15,000-square-meter space brings together over 50 partners, including global organisations such as the United Nations and leading sustainability networks.
The opening featured a multimedia performance at The Globe, highlighting the importance of protecting the planet and inspiring communities to work toward a greener future.
NEXTOPIA showcases a range of clean-energy and low-carbon innovations, including kinetic floors, energy-efficient cooling systems, and artistic installations created from recycled materials. Visitors can also explore interactive features such as the Vertical Farm and AR learning tools, all designed to promote everyday sustainability.
With year-round workshops, exhibitions, and community activities, NEXTOPIA aims to become a new global destination that encourages collective action for people, communities, and the planet. (NNT)
