Armed Robber Steals 13 Baht of Gold from Lam Luk Ka Shop, Police in Pursuit

BANGKOK, Thailand – A daring solo robbery took place in Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani, where an armed suspect stormed a gold shop and escaped with 13 baht of gold. Police are currently reviewing CCTV footage to track the suspect.

The incident occurred when the male suspect, described as a tall young man with a central Thai accent, arrived on a motorcycle wearing a full-face helmet. Posing as a document delivery person, he convinced the shop staff to unlock the automatic door. Once inside, he drew a gun and threatened the two female employees, demanding they hand over the gold. When they refused, the robber took gold from the drawer himself before fleeing the scene.

Pol. Col. Kantaphon Wanna, superintendent of Khu Khot Police Station, stated that officers are actively analyzing surveillance footage to identify and apprehend the suspect. (TNA)


The suspect, a young man with a central Thai accent, tricked employees into unlocking the door, then brandished a firearm and demanded gold.

Police are now reviewing CCTV footage to track him down.
