Achana Snitwongse Na Ayudhaya, managing director of the Montien Hotel, Pattaya led her top executives to present food to Buddhist monks as part of the merit making ceremonies held at the hotel recently.


 

Rungratree Thongsai (2nd right), public relations specialist for Pattaya City Hall and organizer of the Pattaya Young PR Ambassadors program, presents a report of the recently completed project to Lewis ‘Woody’ Underwood (left), president of the Jesters Care for Kids Charity Drive at Jameson’s Irish Pub. Together with the generous support of the Pattaya Mail Mike Franklin Memorial Charity Golf Tournament, this year’s project was able to Make Dreams Real for many aspiring and talented children in our community.


 

Pierre Andre Pelletier, general manager of the Amari Watergate Hotel recently held an “Egypt Party” to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Clark Hatch Fitness Center, which was attended by a myriad of celebrities, movies stars and fitness members.


Thai Airways International Pakistan Office, together with Amari Hotels and Resorts and leading local tour operators in Pakistan, met recently to plan special Royal Orchid Holiday packages to Thailand to be operated during the 2009/2010 season. H.E. Joompol Manaschuang (front 3rd right), consul-general of Thailand; M.L. Suravut Thongtham (4th right), VP sales, Amari Hotels and Resorts; Kittiphong Sansomboon (2nd right), general manager Pakistan for Thai Airways International PCL.; and Suphot Prakitjanuruk (3rd left), general manager, Amari Don Muang Airport Hotel attended the meeting held at the Marriott Hotel Karachi.


In support of the Lions Clubs Charity Golf tournament held recently at Siam Country Club, Pattaravadee Wangviriyaphan and Janya Rattanaliam, on behalf of the Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, presented souvenirs to Lion Sitthichai Sirisuthiworanan, president of Lions Pattaya and Lion Wiwat Pattasin, district governor, District 310 C Lions International.


As part of celebrations to honor Her Majesty the Queen on the auspicious occasion of her birthday, Nittaya Patimasongkroh, president of Y.W.C.A. Bangkok, Pattaya Chapter was chosen as the Most Outstanding Mother of the Year. Sermsitthi Rungruji, deputy director of Pattaya City School No. 8 presented her with an award whilst children presented her with garlands and paid their respects.
