M.R. Somlabh Kitiyakara (4th left) presided over the opening ceremony of the art exhibition titled “The Traces of Faith No.3” by Sivakorn Poomthong at the Amari Watergate Bangkok recently. Proceeds of the event are for the benefit of underprivileged children in the Bangkok communities. In attendance were (l-r) Tichacha Boonruangkao, Sarita Sawaskumthon, Pierre Andre Pelletier, the hotel’s GM, M.R. Somlabh Kitiyakara, Sivakorn Poomthong, Nichaya Chaivisuth, Hotel’s Director of Communications and PR, Udomporn Kraitin and Wuttichai Usavatasanont.


Advanced Info Service (AIS) recently organised a charity rally to raise funds for the Ananda Mahidol Foundation. In support of local organisations Peerasak Komalachun, Wipanee Hutachoke and Chawin Chaiwacharaporn represented AIS in presenting a donation of 100,000 baht to assist in the operations of the Ban Banglamung Social Development Center for Elderly Persons and the Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Disabled. The donation was received by Father Dr. Michael Picharn Jaiseri (right) vice president of the Father Ray Foundation at a ceremony held at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel.


Dr. Pichit Kangwolkij, director of Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, led a team of executives, nurses and officers to inspect and upgrade school buildings including the first aid room at the Huay Yai School recently. They also presented the children with sports equipment and uniforms.

Brenda Foster from the UK is thrilled as she receives the grand prize of two round-trip air tickets Bangkok - Chiang Mai, courtesy of Thai Airways International including 2 nights stay at D2 Hotel Chiang Mai from Chatchawal Supachayanont (3rd right), GM of Dusit Thani Pattaya during the Mardi Gras New Year’s Eve party held at the resort.


Vitanart Vathanakul (left), Executive Director, and Vathanai Vathanakul, Vice President Royal Cliff Hotels Group, welcome Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi (center), President and CEO of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (ThaiBev) who organized the ThaiBev Group Annual Conference 2013 at the at the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel recently.
