Announcements

Representatives of welfare and/or charity groups are invited to a joint meeting to be organized by the Pattaya International Ladies Club (PILC) Welfare Team, in order to discuss common goals and present a united front for welfare in and around the Pattaya and Rayong areas. The meeting will be held on Monday May 9 at 7 p.m. at the North Star Library on Sukhumvit Rd, next door to the Redemptorist Centre. Light refreshments will be available. Clubs

Pattaya International Ladies Club will hold their May luncheon on Tuesday May 3 at the Rose Garden Room in the Pattaya Marriott Resort from 10.30 a.m. till 2 p.m. There will be some vendors at this luncheon; a good opportunity to do some shopping for gifts, etc. The address: 218/2-4 M.10 Beach Road. The newest Mexican Restaurant in town, Mikes has a full range of imported Mexican chilies and spice to complete their menu of quesadillas, burritos, chimichangas and enchiladas. Every Friday and Saturday night bouzouki and sirtaki tunes will resound at the Art Café Pattaya. There is no entry fee for members but non-members must pay 500 baht per person.
