Sophon Cable TV announces government policy for TV time lessees
Undesirable programs will be canceled and banned
Chanyuth
Hengtrakul, MD of Sophon Cable TV recently reiterated the government’s current
policies regarding appropriate programming on cable TV.
Chanyuth made his address to TV time lessees at the Grand
Sole Hotel Pattaya on September 25. Those who attended the meeting are program
producers and company agencies who present their programs on television using
the services of the Sophon Cable TV Company in Pattaya. They are required to
present their programs and conduct business under the law in accordance to the
central government’s guidelines.

Elvis, the “King” rocks
at the Green Bottle

Sopin Thappajug, MD of the Green Bottle Pub on Second
Road organized a special month long program featuring Pattaya’s famous
Elvis Presley impersonator, Jaruek Wiriyakit, who entertained the packed
venue with the King of Rock ‘n Roll’s best known songs. Jaruek is
president of the Thailand Professional Musicians Club and president of the
Elvis Presley fan club.

“Yodsanan 3K Battery” wows US boxing promoter
Pattaya’s well known boxing trainer Yodthong Sriwaralak
welcomed famous Banner promotion’s Arghur Pullelo from the USA on a visit
to Yodsanan’s in Pattaya to study the camp’s training techniques.
During his visit on September 24, Pullelo said he had
promised to visit Yodsanan at his training camp after Yodsanan successfully
defended his championship title in his fight against Steve Forbes. Pullelo
said he was very impressed at the quality of training at the camp and the
talent of the Thai boxers.
