Khun Chatchawal Inkong, Room Division Manager and management of Siam Bayshore Resort welcomed a group from Meier’s Weltreisen Mega Fam Trip 2004 from Germany on their visit to the hotel recently.

Identical twins Lesley (three minutes older and short haired) and Krystel (three minutes younger and longer haired) Wagner came to Pattaya to celebrate their 21st birthdays with their father Rainer (Bobo) Wagner. The party was held at the German restaurant, the Deutches Haus, with the irrepressible Dieter Floeth, a long time family friend, in attendance. The twins normally reside in Frankfurt, Germany.

Paul Ryan celebrated his birthday recently at Art Caf้, run by Jo Stetten. Friends gather around the birthday boy as he turned ‘reading glass’ years of age. From left, Philip Lewis, Sue, Paul, Pat Burbridge, Jean Obry, Preeyaporn Tangtivejsiri, Mrs. Obry, and Sandra Haeberli.

Somsak Tanruengsri, Cluster General Manager, (back row 2nd right) together with the department heads of the Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa recently held the “2004 Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa Scholarships” event. The resort helps children from families who are in need of financial assistance in sending their children to school. The resort announced they will give extra care to 9 more children who have recently been orphaned and staying at Ban Jing Jai by giving them scholarships and catering for any other needs they may have, until they graduate from high school or university. In the future, if any of the children are interested in working in the hospitality industry, the resort will offer them work.
