William E. Heinecke, CEO of Minor Group, presided over the Scorpion Press Conference, “Beginning 32 days to the new Guinness World Record for the longest stay with Scorpions”, recently held at the Royal Garden Plaza, Pattaya. Capt. Choosak Choochan (standing front row 3rd left) from Pattaya police station.
