The management of Dusit Resort Pattaya led by Vimolwan Gintankorn (first row third right), personnel and training manager recently organized a “Beauty tips for better personality” course for the hotel’s staff at the Dusit 1 of Dusit Resort Pattaya Hotel. Sumalee Chuenkitmongkol (first row third left), sales director of Nutrimetics International (Thailand) Co. Ltd. and her team demonstrated natural makeup and how to use it to match dress and personality.


Sopin Thappajug, managing director of the Diana Group, accompanied by the head of various departments and the management team presented Khao Pansaa candles to various temples in Pattaya, including the Dhamm Samakee, Khao Makok, and Na Jomtien Temples, in the evening of July 22, on the occasion of the Buddhist Lent Festival beginning from July 25, to encourage and continue the traditional beliefs and teaching of Buddhism.


Nisakorn Kositratna, deputy director-general of the Pollution Control Department (PCD), together with the Environmental Officer Group and the Executive Group from the Ministry of Environment, Indonesia, visited the Eastern Seaboard Environmental Complex (ESBEC) to follow up ESBEC progress by Modern Sanitary Landfill. The group was also there to learn about the waste generator, source of each type of waste and recycling waste. John L. Hamilton, ESBEC site manager and his team extended a warm welcome and led them on a site tour.


Thavorn Phothisombati (left), vice governor of Prachuapkhirikhan Province, accepted a Ripley’s Certificate of Recognition on behalf of the province for organizing Thailand’s largest anti-drugs campaign. The certificate was presented by general manager Somporn Naksuetrong (2nd right) of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Museum Pattaya. The presentation was witnessed by Chaiyant Ritdorn, director of Royal Safety International Co., Ltd.


Ning Fletcher celebrated her birthday at Shenanigans Pattaya with the rest of the Fletcher Hounds.

 


The management of the Amari Orchid Resort Pattaya, led by general manager Dominik Stamm (center), arranged the annual staff outing, this year to Kaeng Hin-Perng Riverside, Prajeenburi. All members of staff were able to enjoy the trip, as three separate trips were arranged over three days.


Bailli (president) Marion Vogt gave a Certificate of Appreciation to Pascal Schnyder for the marvelous brunch recently held at Casa Pascal. A big thank you went out to Pascal & his team from all members and guests attending the “first-time-ever” lunch event of the Pattaya Chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs.
