Pol. Lt. Col. Jirat Phichitpai, the founder of Ban Phoonsri Uppathum Drug Treatment Center, was presented the “Outstanding Individual Award” from HRH Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn on National Youth Day at the National Youth Center in Bangkok.

Organized by the National Youth Bureau, the award recognizes outstanding voluntary achievement by an individual in caring for the welfare of young people.
