Foreign suspects confess to murder

(right) were arrested after an intense investigation by Thai and German
authorities connected them with the gruesome murder of Guido Raffenberg. Peter Gerd Bernert, 37, of Wittenberg, Germany, and Thomas
Bauhofer, 28, of Kufstein, Austria, were arrested in Thailand in connection with
the Pattaya murder of a German music teacher last December. A third suspect,
Roser Burckhart, has been arrested in Berlin, Germany.

Pattaya to host FCCT
