City installs floating barriers around swimming areas

New buoys marking swimming areas are popping up on Pattaya-area beaches, providing more safety for swimmers. The wide, red-and-white barriers replace the round orange buoys that marked several locations along Pattaya and Jomtien beaches and should provide a solid barrier separating swimmers from boats and jet skis.
