Yoga, board games and a phone-free environment were all part of a series of ‘well-being’ activities at an international school.

Garden International School (GIS) arranged for a week of ‘well-being’ events across the whole school. These included starting the day with some yoga, and then offering doodle-boards, relaxing music and walks during break and lunch times.

The week included a phone-free environment, where students chatted or read books rather than used digital devices.
