PATTAYA, Thailand – Alan Sullivan claimed two victories before Michael Brett returned refreshed to win Friday’s competition during the Bunker Boys’ October 19–23 golfing week.

Monday, October 19 – Pleasant Valley Golf Course

Despite recent heavy rain, Pleasant Valley was in good condition, with no preferred lies required. Sullivan led the field with 39 points, three ahead of Rob Folland, while Dave Galvin marked his final round of the trip with 35 points for third. Only two near pins were claimed, by Alan Howard and Galvin.

Wednesday, October 21 – Plutaluang North and East Golf Course

Rain delayed the start, but conditions improved and play progressed without hold-ups. Sullivan continued his strong form with 40 points for his second victory of the week. Keith Hemmings finished second on 33, ahead of Folland on 32. Folland collected two near pins, with Sullivan and Uwe Jurgensen taking one each.

Friday, October 23 – Crystal Bay C and A Golf Course

A 400-baht public holiday surcharge surprised the golfers, but excellent fairways and a brisk round helped compensate. Despite a busy course, the leading group finished in three hours and 15 minutes.

Returning after a two-game break, Brett won with 40 points, followed by Geoff Williams on 38 and Folland on 33. Near pins went to Folland, Williams, Ian Flannigan and Brett.

With three rounds remaining, Williams, Sullivan and Jurgensen are contesting the Golfer of the Month honours.
