South Pattaya storm drainage construction continues

Not much has changed since we ran our last report two days ago about the city’s progress with draining floodwaters into the South Pattaya Canal at the southern end of town.

Demolishing structures blocking the canal is now between 70 and 80 percent complete, as most property owners have complied with demolition orders without having to go to court.

The city is tearing down the rest, and will bill the delinquent owners.
