The Stock Exchange of Thailand has given HPT, MVP and SAM until November 16 to submit overdue first-quarter financial statements or face potential delisting.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has called on Home Pottery Plc (HPT), M Vision Plc (MVP) and Samchai Steel Industries Plc (SAM) to submit their first-quarter 2026 financial statements, which were due on May 15. The SET said the companies must file the overdue statements by November 16, 2026, six months after the original deadline, or they could face potential delisting.

If the companies fail to meet the deadline, the SET will announce that they are at risk of delisting and impose the NC (Non-Compliance) and SP (Suspension) trading signs. The restrictions would remain until the grounds for potential delisting have been resolved and the companies meet the exchange’s requirements to resume trading. The SET urged all three companies to submit their financial statements by November 16 so the information can be disclosed to investors.
