CHONBURI, Thailand – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is supporting preparations for SOAR Ocean Club, a luxury floating entertainment venue scheduled to open off the Chonburi coast in November 2026. TAT Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool met with company executives on October 7 to discuss the project and opportunities to attract high-spending travelers to Thailand’s eastern region.
The manta ray-shaped venue will be stationed offshore between Na Jomtien and Ban Amphoe, covering approximately 1,730 square meters. The facility will accommodate 514 seated guests, with a maximum capacity of 800 during events. Visitors can board at Ocean Marina Jomtien, with daily operations planned from 11 a.m. to midnight, offering marine activities, sunset experiences, and nighttime entertainment.
Discussions also covered plans for quarterly festivals featuring Thai and international artists, with events proposed during Songkran, the August green season, and year-end holidays.
SOAR Ocean Club is scheduled to open ahead of Tomorrowland Thailand, planned for December 11–13, 2026. The project aligns with TAT’s Value over Volume strategy, which prioritizes higher visitor spending and premium travel experiences. (TAT)
