BANGKOK, Thailand – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has launched Tourism Product Highlight 2026 to showcase updated travel products and experiences aligned with global tourism trends while supporting high-quality, sustainable travel to Thailand. The launch was led by TAT Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool at a press conference held at Neilson Hays Library in Bangkok.
The event was attended by Chai Arunananonchai, president of the Tourism Industry Council of Thailand and a member of the TAT board, as well as tourism operators, business partners, and media representatives. TAT presented a selection of tourism products intended to demonstrate Thailand’s readiness for 2026 and strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors in developing market-ready travel experiences.
Tourism Product Highlight 2026 includes a wide range of travel experiences, such as Luxury Voyage Thailand, offering premium routes inspired by classic-car journeys, and From Dusk till Dawn, which introduces 60 nighttime destinations developed in cooperation with the National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand. Other offerings include Thai Craft Destination routes centered on craft beverages, Local Experience routes linking community lifestyles, and Worth-Life Balance journeys combining wellness activities with travel.
Additional products include the 5 Must Do in Thailand experiences covering food, activities, shopping, culture, and sightseeing nationwide, as well as Travel with Care routes that integrate environmental and cultural responsibility, with newly introduced paths in Krabi. UNESCO Thailand routes connect seven cities within the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, promoting destinations recognized for creativity and cultural value.
TAT said the program supports the upgrading of tourism operators while advancing safety standards and sustainability across the industry. Further details are available at tourismproduct.tourismthailand.org or via the 1672 Travel Buddy service. (NNT)
