Prime Minister’s Office Permanent Secretary Yupha Taweewattanakitborvon visits hospitals and evacuation centers in Ubon Ratchathani, offering encouragement and relief supplies to personnel and residents affected by the Thai–Cambodian border situation.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Prime Minister’s Office Permanent Secretary Yupha Taweewattanakitborvon has led a field visit to Ubon Ratchathani province to assess conditions and provide morale support to personnel and residents affected by clashes along the Thai–Cambodian border.

The delegation, comprising senior and local officials, visited Sunpasitthiprasong Hospital in the capital district, presenting gift baskets and offering encouragement to injured personnel receiving treatment.



Yupha and her delegation later traveled to the temporary evacuation center at the Det Udom District Office, where the provincial governor and related agencies welcomed them. They received a briefing on the local situation, met with evacuees, and distributed relief supply bags to bedridden patients.

Additional visits were made to evacuation centers at Wat Mueang Det and Det Udom Municipality. The delegation met evacuees, provided further relief supplies, and offered reassurance, reaffirming the government’s readiness to care for citizens affected by the border situation. (NNT)
