Prime Minister visits Buriram, Surin, and Amnat Charoen to oversee royal ceremony and border security

Adul Boonthumjaroen, receives a briefing from Royal Thai Air Force commanders during his official visit to Buriram, Surin, and Amnat Charoen provinces, focusing on royal commemorations, border security, and public safety.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul has travelled to the provinces of Buriram, Surin, and Amnat Charoen. He was accompanied by Deputy Minister of Defence General Adul Boonthumjaroen.

Upon arrival, the Prime Minister received a briefing from Sakesan Kantha, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force, and Rawin Thanomsingha, Commander of the Air Operations Control Command, before continuing his official duties.



In the morning, the Prime Minister presided over the opening ceremony of the project honoring King Rama I at the Royal Monument of King Phutthayotfa Chulalok the Great in Mueang District, Buriram Province.

The Prime Minister will travel to Surin Province to follow up on the Thailand–Cambodia border situation, including security conditions and measures to ensure public safety.

In the evening, the Prime Minister will travel to Amnat Charoen Province to preside over the royally bestowed cremation ceremony for Private Thanaphat Nanthawong at Wat Chueak Nok in Mueang District. (NNT)
