The MICHELIN Guide has unveiled 137 exceptional dining venues across Thailand, including 13 exciting newcomers. This year’s selection showcases Thailand’s vibrant food scene with 16 distinct cuisine types and a growing trend of chef-led casual restaurants.

- 44 venues in Bangkok & neighboring provinces (4 newcomers)
- 18 in Chiang Mai (3 newcomers)
- 28 in Isan region, including 8 in Nakhon Ratchasima (1 newcomer)
- 19 in Phuket
- Others in Phang-Nga, Surat Thani, Ayutthaya
Notable newcomers:
- Jaan by Khun Jim (Bangkok) – authentic Southern Thai & Thai-Chinese cuisine
- Kolun.h (Bangkok) – Hainanese-style rice noodles with crispy pork belly
- CHAWEE (Chiang Mai) – seasonal dishes inspired by childhood recipes
