PATTAYA, Thailand – Les Amis de L’Ophelinate de Pattaya, a long-standing French charity supporting children in Thailand, reaffirmed its commitment this week as its Executive President, Mr. Didier Moly, visited key projects under the HHN Foundation for Thai Children on December 3.
Mr. Moly received a warm welcome at the Child Protection and Development Center (CPDC) in Huay Yai, where HHN Foundation Director Ratchada Chomjinda and Child Welfare Home Director Siromet Akarapongpanich led staff and children in greeting the delegation. Children showcased their agricultural garden and performed short cultural presentations prepared especially for the visit.
The foundation noted that the French organization has backed its welfare and development programs for more than a decade, contributing to improvements in education, health, and quality of life for vulnerable children in Pattaya and surrounding areas.

Following the visit to the CPDC, the delegation continued to the ASEAN Education Center, where teachers, volunteers, and students welcomed them with Christmas carol performances to mark the festive season.
HHN Director Ratchada said the continued support from the French group delivers tangible, long-term benefits.
“International partnerships like this give our children real opportunities. It’s not just resources—it’s the confidence and skills that shape their future,” she said.
The HHN Foundation and Les Amis de L’Ophelinate de Pattaya plan to expand cooperation in the coming years, focusing on education, vocational training, and sustainable child development.
