BANGKOK, Thailand – Energy Minister Atthapol Rerkpiboon held an urgent meeting with provincial energy officials nationwide to reinforce the implementation of the government’s “Quick Big Win” policy. The initiative aims to accelerate the success of key energy projects, ensure efficient communication of policy details, and translate plans into tangible results across all levels.

During the meeting at Energy Complex, Atthapol emphasized proactive efforts by provincial offices to understand the policy deeply and execute initiatives swiftly. Key projects include community solar farms, solar-powered water pumping systems for farmers, and village water supply systems, with 50 pilot solar pumping systems set to benefit farmers within four months by reducing fuel costs and supporting year-round agricultural production.

He also urged officials to closely monitor flood-affected areas, especially gas stations and power plants, to prevent disruptions to daily life. Provincial energy offices are tasked with acting as a liaison to relay guidance to all stakeholders and report on any issues or damages promptly to central authorities.
