PATTAYA, Thailand – Firefighters successfully extinguished a fire that broke out on a communication cable along Pattaya–Naklua Road late on the night of November 11. The incident prompted a quick response from municipal officers and police to ensure public safety and assist emergency crews.

Officials from the Naklua municipality, working alongside Pattaya police, arrived at the scene to facilitate firefighting operations and manage traffic while the fire was brought under control. No injuries were reported, and damage was limited to the cable infrastructure.



Authorities reminded residents and motorists to stay clear of the affected area during emergency operations and to report any similar hazards immediately. Concerns about safety and timely communication were highlighted, with residents urged to contact Pattaya City’s hotline at 1337 for assistance or to report emergencies.

City officials also emphasized that regular inspections and maintenance of utility lines would be strengthened to prevent similar incidents in the future.
