Performers prepare for the annual Khon production Satya Pali at Thailand Cultural Centre, celebrating Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother’s lifelong dedication to preserving Thailand’s classical performing arts.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The SUPPORT Foundation of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother has officially opened the grand annual Khon performance “Satya Pali” with a media preview on November 1, 2025, at the Main Hall of Thailand Cultural Centre.

The performance will run from November 6 to December 8, 2025, honoring the royal aspiration and lifelong dedication of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother in preserving and promoting Khon, a highly esteemed classical Thai performing art, for future generations.

National Artist Sudsakorn Chaisem, stage designer for this year’s production, stated that the stage and scenic elements are now fully completed, noting that the design process involved extensive research and consultation with experts since February. He emphasized that achieving the final concept required careful refinement to uphold the artistic and cultural integrity of traditional Khon.

Narumol Lomthong, member of the SUPPORT Foundation Board, shared that the performers are fully prepared and deeply motivated. She confirmed that over 80% of tickets have already been sold, marking one of the strongest responses in the history of the annual Khon series. The Foundation is currently considering adding additional performance rounds to meet public demand.


National Artist Supachai Chansuwan, director of the Khon performance, expressed satisfaction with the overall execution of the production. He highlighted that the presentation places priority on strict adherence to authentic Khon tradition, with careful attention to gesture, costume, narration, and staging, in tribute to the benevolence and cultural vision of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.


The performance “Satyapali” will be staged from 6 November to 8 December 2025 at the Main Hall of Thailand Cultural Centre. Tickets are priced at 2,000 Baht, 1,800 Baht, 1,000 Baht, 800 Baht, and 600 Baht. Special student tickets are available at 200 Baht.
