BANGKOK, Thailand – A charity project titled “Cherish Our Nation” has been launched to honor Thai soldiers who lost their lives in the armed conflict with Cambodia. Organized with the support of artists, leading restaurants, and five-star hotels, the project provides assistance to the families of fallen soldiers and supplies essential equipment to the Royal Thai Armed Forces.

The initiative is chaired by Supaluck Umpujh, Chairwoman of The Mall Group, and organized by Nuntiya Intralib. A press conference was held recently at Sphere Hall, EMSPHERE, where organizers outlined the project’s purpose and invited public participation.

A charity gala cocktail reception is scheduled for August 26 at 6:00 p.m. at Sphere Hall, EMSPHERE. The evening will feature special menus from top restaurants and luxury hotels, with all proceeds donated directly to the Sai Jai Thai Foundation. Admission is free, and guests are encouraged to make contributions in support of the cause.

Organizers said the project channels public generosity into tangible support for the families of Thai soldiers while also helping strengthen the capacity of the armed forces. The gala is expected to draw wide participation from philanthropists, the hospitality sector, and members of the public. (NNT)
