
PATTAYA, Thailand – At Soi Thungklom Tanman 15, Nongprue Municipality, a joint effort by the Pattaya Sports Club and the local government successfully handed over a newly rebuilt home to Uthai Ngamprasop and his family, who were severely affected by a fire on March 23, 2025.
The project aims to support elderly, disabled, and underprivileged residents by restoring safe and comfortable housing. Uthai’s previous home and livelihood equipment were almost entirely destroyed in the fire, leaving the family in urgent need of assistance.
The Pattaya Sports Club, led by President Mr. Tim Knight and Public Relations Chair Mr. Rolf Ruegg, contributed a total of 200,000 baht toward the construction of the new house. Nongprue Municipality facilitated coordination and project management through its social welfare program.
The handover ceremony was attended by Nongprue officials, including Mayor Winai Inpitak, Deputy Mayor Wanchai Saeng-ngam, municipal council members, and the head of the Social Welfare Department. They expressed their congratulations and encouragement to Uthai and his family.
