THAI Celebrates The King’s Birthday with Special Dishes

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) is celebrating His Majesty the King’s Birthday and Father’s Day by serving specially designed meals for passengers flying THAI in all classes departing from Bangkok during 4-6 December 2013.

For customers traveling in Royal First Class, the special dishes are duck breast stuffed with pistachio and foie gras served with rocket salad and mixed berries aspic sauce, lasagna truffle; lamb shoulder comfit served with mint sauce, boiled potatoes & baby carrots. Pavlova with cranberry sauce and mixed fresh fruits will be served for dessert.

For customers traveling in Royal Silk Class, the special dishes are duck & pistachio sausage served with mixed berries Aspic Sauce and rocket salad, truffle lasagna served with boiled carrots & green peas. Pavlova with Cranberry sauce and fresh strawberries will be served for the dessert.

For customers traveling in Economy Class, the special dishes are nicoise salad served with tuna, and chicken provencal. For the dessert Bale fruit cake will be served for the dessert.

THAI has created the special Father’s Day dishes from the finest raw materials designed by THAI’s Chef Gallery, Chef Rujapong Sukhabote and Chef Ayusakorn Arayangkoon from 4Garcons Brasserie and Patisserie.
