EVA Air seminar teaches ‘personal touch’ tools for local agents

EVA Air held an agents seminar at the Dusit Thani in Pattaya on the 16th of December.

The purpose of the seminar is too keep the local travel agents up to date with all the additions and improvements offered by EVA Air.

The event was presented by EVA Air’s senior passenger sales & marketing manager, Donya Vongyai, who gave a welcoming speech to the 30 agents followed by information about classes of services, such as the Royal Laurel class, the most recent EVA lounge for passengers flying from Suvarnabhumi airport, flight schedules and prices from Taipei to Los Angeles, New York, Paris Amsterdam, etc., and a new route to Turkey, all of which can include flights from Bangkok to Taipei.

Despite the trend for many air travelers to book online there still remains a large number of customers who prefer the personal touch offered by a local agent and the seminar gave agents many the tools to give their customers all the up-to date information.
