Centara Grand appoints executive assistant manager

Dominique Ronge, general manager of Centara Grand Phratamnak Pattaya, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Duggan as executive assistant manager – Food and Beverage from January 13, 2014.

A British national with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has been working in Asia for the past 22 years and most recently was living and working in Singapore.

Carl has extensive expertise in food and beverage; he obtained a bachelor’s degree in the culinary arts along with food and beverage service from Harrogate College of Arts and Technology in the United Kingdom.

Carl has worked with numerous international hotels as executive chef and director of food and beverage including Hyatt Hotels in Hong Kong  and China, Sheraton and Conrad in Hong Kong.
