On May the 24th the owner of a dress making shop in Soi Khao Talo 4 showed police a CCTV tape which clearly showed a customer stealing the owner’s purse from a drawer.
The owners said that the purse contained some documents and a few thousand baht. And that the customer was about 170 cm tall and looked like a lady boy.

She said the ladyboy distracted her by asking to see various fabrics.
Whilst getting some more material the Ladyboy casually opened the drawer, took the purse and slowly walked out of the shop, jumped on her motorbike and sped off.
It’s unlikely that the police will be able to track down the ladyboy and the owner warned people to be careful when they work alone in shops.
