Thailand to commemorate Days of Civil Servants

BANGKOK, 31 March 2015 – The Prime Minister’s Office Minister is working on the plan to organise the 2015 Cilvil Servants’ Day — set for this week.

According to Minister attached to PM’s Office M.L. Panadda Diskul, the celebration of the Civil Servants’ Day 2015 is planned for Tuesday and Wednesday.

The first day of celebration, to be held under the theme of “Being Service-Minded and Professionalism,” will be held at the Government Complex Commemorating His Majesty the King’s 80th Birthday Anniversary.

M.L. Panadda said that an exhibition on the history of civil servants, seminars and booths selling merchandises and offering various services by all ministries will be ready for event-goers.

For the second day of the event, the venue will be at Government House. Prime Minister Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha will deliver a speech to all civil servants before Deputy Prime Minister Wissanu Krea-ngam presents certificates and honorary pins to 624 government officials with outstanding performances.
