BANGKOK, (NNT) – Citizens have continued to travel to the Grand Palace to pay their respects to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
The Ministry of Interior assisted 300 Phang-Nga residents, 700 Chaiyaphum residents and 500 people from Rayong in making their way to Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall in Bangkok to join in mourning for the late King. All participating in the program expressed appreciation for the opportunity to pay their respects at the Grand Palace. Some promised to incorporate His Majesty’s teachings into their daily lives.
Other visitors were noted as still plentiful, despite it being a work day.
