Royal Garden Plaza kicked off Pattaya’s holiday celebration, again lighting up the front of the mall with thousands of lights. Pattaya City Councilman Banjong Banthoonprayuk flipped the switch on the festive lighting Dec. 17, marking the city’s first major Christmas and New Year’s display.
