A charity golf 4-man scramble organized by the Irish Wolfhound Bar on Soi 4 Pratumnak was held at Phoenix Golf Club on Monday, July 30 in aid of the Ban Jing Jai new orphanage fund. A grand total 25,000 baht was raised by the 36 golfers for this worthy cause.
The winning team on the day was the quartet of B. Naylor, J. Bartley, B. Hewitt and J. Miller with a score of 53. Coming in second was the team of G. Cullen, B. Roddy, Ian and Oeyvind with 53.8 points, while third place went to H. Wilson, O. Khatpaen, J. Kubon and Bo Sylvester with a score of 54.4.
The organizers wish to thank all the golfers and sponsors for their time and generosity, and especially birthday boy S. Merriman, and Paddy.
