Royal Cliff Hotels Group is once again hosting the Singha TATP Tour Pattaya Tennis Open Championship 2014 at its state-of-the-art fitness center, FITZ Club.

The event, which runs from Sept. 27 – Oct. 5, includes both Singles and Doubles tournaments for males and females who are battling it out for a share of the 500,000 baht prize money.

Thailand’s currently ranked No.1 tennis player “Pik” Danai Udomchok, along with a series of top players, Sonchat and Sanchai Ratiwatana, Kittipong Wachiramanowong, Warit Sornbutnark, Pratchaya Isaro, Nuttanon Katjapanan, Peerakiat Siriluethaiwattana and Phassawit Burapharitta have all been entered into the male singles draw.

Ex-champion of this tournament, Elizaveta Kulichkova, will be fiercely competing with “Noon” Kamonwan Buayam and other popular players including Patcharin Cheapchandej and Waranya Wongteanchai in the female draw.

Royal Cliff Hotels Group recently renovated all 7 tennis courts.  The courts were resurfaced with new Plexipave material, which is the best product to date and is used by Grand Slam courts including the Australian and US Open.  The courts at Fitz Club are the only ones in Thailand that uses the new velocity blue color for its inner surface with a light green color painted on the outside exhibiting a more vibrant look.  The new colours will allow players and spectators to see the balls better.

Don’t miss out on the fun and competition as the tournament reaches its climax this weekend.
