Hayes holds the aces at Pleasant Valley

PSC Golf from Mulligans Lakeside

Tuesday we made our regular visit to Pleasant Valley, which continues to improve as a golf course generally as they tweak a few holes.  Martin Hayes (14), making a return to golf in Thailand after working hard driving a London cab, showed a liking for the improvements, shooting a creditable 41 points.

This was more than enough to relegate Jeff Wylie (6) to 2nd spot after he has signed for 37 hard fought points after going the first 5 holes without a par.  Near pins were shared around between Jeff, Brian & Martin.

With the high season upon us and in the search for some value for money, we made a return to Plutaluang on Thursday; the East & South loop our allotted combination on the day.  Scores did not match Tuesday’s efforts, but it was Jeff Wylie (6) leading the way with 33 points, edging Willem Lasonder (20) in to 2nd after he recorded 32 points, which included 4 wipes.  Near pins were secured by Jeff & K.

Note:  Mulligans Lakeside plays golf generally on Tuesday & Thursday, with ML hosting prompt presentations on both days.  As a PSC affiliated venue we welcome all golfers, including seniors who have opted for the “Silver” tee option.  Call 089 094 1841 for scheduling or enquiries.  Hope to see you there, cheers & good golfing!
