AFL Asian Champs Footy coming to Pattaya

The Australian Rules Asian Championship 2012 is on its way to Pattaya for the first time and just the fourth time ever in Thailand.  All the great Asian football countries will be attending for the most famous AFL footy day in Asia!

Teams from around the Asia Pacific region will be converging on the Thai Polo Club on Saturday, August 11 to take part in what promises to be a fun and action-packed day of sport.

The Thailand Tigers are the host team and invite all sports fans and families to come down to watch the football and netball, and see the kids participate in AusKick.  Entrance is free of charge and there will be plenty of food, drinks, entertainment and even massages on offer.

The matches are scheduled to get underway at 8.00am and the Thailand Tigers’ Patron, H.E. Mr James Wise, the Australian Ambassador for Thailand has been invited to open proceedings.
