Wiwat Jaratpongpichan, the general executive of True Pattaya, chaired the ribbon cutting ceremony with True executives for a new branch in front of Central Pattaya Beach Department Store on Pattaya 2nd Road. The new branch provides services such as bill payments, a selection of IT products and smart phones. It also has a coffee shop.
