Thai Airways International held a THAI Star Day to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Star Alliance with a photo exhibition of its history. Thamnoon Wanglee (5th left), former THAI President and one of the founder CEOs of Star Alliance, along with Usanee Sangsingkeo (4th left), THAI Acting President, and Jeffrey Goh (6th left), Star Alliance CEO, presided over the ceremony to open the exhibition. Also in attendance were present and former members of THAI management and employees. Star Alliance, which now has 28 member carriers, was established on 14 May 1997 with THAI being one of the five founding members.
