Local expats celebrate Independence day

Ira Wettenstein hosted an early 4th of July celebration at his home with his army of friends, providing a complete feast of Italian meat balls in spicy tomato sauce by the Amari, ravioli, and pork sausages cooked in black bean sauce, followed by potluck homemade desserts of apple, blueberry, and peach pies, meringue cookies and brownies. That should keep the treadmill running to burn calories until the next party.
