Neoh Kean Boon, GM of Dusit Thani Pattaya, welcomed contestants of the Miss Lebanon Emigrant 2018 beauty pageant for a special dinner at The Bay International Skewers Restaurant recently. The beauty pageant held in Pattaya was organised by the Tourism Authority of Thailand – Middle-East, together with Qatar Airways, Miss Lebanon Emigrant Committee and Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International.
