Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome presents the key to Pattaya City to H.E. Itzhak Shoham, Ambassador of Israel to Thailand, on his visit to city hall. Discussions were held regarding improving the standards of English education in Pattaya schools, waste water treatment, water resources and matters concerning safety of foreign tourists.
