Saturday June 4th was the celebration of Tony Portman’s 75th Birthday, a well-known local expat in Pattaya who does a lot of charity work and supports the community. His party bash was held at Ruffino Lounge & Restaurant, Centara Grand Pratamnak Pattaya where he was joined by 30 close friends.
