The Amari Watergate Bangkok held 2 charity events recently, one was the ‘14th Amari Watergate & BMW Thailand Midnight Run’ and the second was the ‘The 15th Aerobic Marathon for AIDS’. The combined events raised 2.6 million baht. Pierre Andre Pelletier, general manager of the Amari Watergate Bangkok presented a cheque of 1.3 million baht to HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhon to support the Chalerm Prakiat School in Lumpoon Province while the other 1.3 million baht was donated to Baan Gerda Project in Lopburi province which supports an orphanage for HIV infected children.
