Thailand’s A-list celebrities gather at Asia’s largest man-made lagoon

Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE Development Corporation PCL and the developer behind MahaSamutr Country Club Hua Hin and MahaSamutr Villas recently invited over 1,000 of Thailand’s leading celebrities and notable figures to be the first to experience Asia’s largest man-made lagoon. 

The luxury private party was held at Mahasamutr Country Club on Saturday February 20.  The event was festooned and frilled to the nines under the theme of “The Sound of MahaSamutr.”

The THB 600 million, 45-rai lagoon is located inside the 120-rai project and forms the main central feature of the estate.  The developer says it will provide year round crystal clear, turquoise waters through cutting edge technology that allows constant water condition monitoring and maintenance.

This exclusive event also offered the VIP guests a chance to preview and experience MahaSamutr Villas, consisting of 80 beautifully crafted luxurious villas located on a 55-rais piece of land.  Villa prices start from around 50 million baht.
