Greenwood was the game today and after a swift check-in we teed off on C1 in hazy weather conditions but with a nice breeze all day to keep us cool.  The course was in very fine shape with fast greens.

We had two flights today with the cut set at handicap 20 and 4 technical prizes to shoot for.

Henning Olsen took the A Flight with 37 points ahead of Jesper Rasmussen in second on 35. Leif Kirkgaard squeezed into third spot after edging a count back over Peter Bygballe, both with 34 points each.

Karl Beter won the B Flight with 34 points, one up on Dave Richardson in second while Torben Sorensen and Steen Habersaat filled third and fourth spots respectively.

It was a more humid day at Pleasant Valley on Thursday with overcast conditions and no wind.  The course was in good order but was quite wet from heavy rain the day before.

Two flights again today with the cut coming at handicap 20.  Henning Olsen went back-to-back and took his second win of the week with victory in A Flight with a fine 39-point round.  Mashi Kaneta followed Henning up the podium steps, just the one point adrift in second and Takeshi Hakozaki and Lotte Boskov completed the podium in third and fourth.

Steen Habersaat topped the B Flight standings with 37 points, two ahead of second placed Ronnie Ratte while Peter Hammond snatched third on a count back from Mike Winfield.

Note: The scribe is off to the USA for 3 weeks so the next Kronborg golf outing will be on April 24 at Pattaya Country Club.
