Bangkok Hospital Pattaya want to protect people from murder … of the abdomen.
The hospital’s Gastrointestinal and Liver Center organized a day-long workshop April 27 to teach people about stomach problems and abdominal cancer. Dubbed “Murder of the Abdomen,” the seminar also provided an overview of technology and techniques used to detect and treat such ailments.
Dr. Sompot Saelee, who treats gastrointestinal and liver disease, lectured about the risks and causes of abdominal illnesses.
There was also an exhibition of equipment, endoscopic cleansing booths, GL endoscopy, stomach disease detection and insurance offerings.
Sureeporn Weerapong (insert) from the Chonburi Insurance Commission and Promotion Department presides over the opening ceremony for the “Murder of the abdomen” seminar.
